Overview

During my second co-op work term, I worked as a Support Analyst for the University of Guelph's research office. This position involved configuration and providing user support for the university's online research application system (EthOS).

Job Description

Throughout my work term, I undertook diverse responsibilities that showcased my technical proficiency. These tasks included configuring the EthOS system, addressing user inquiries via the FootPrints ticketing tool, and analyzing system usage to identify areas for improvement.
